Standard Motor

For general-purpose electric motors under €15K

Single-point monitoring for general-purpose motors. Covers drive-end bearing vibration, temperature, and motor current signature. Suitable for non-critical motors and standard manufacturing applications.

Recommended when motor failure allows time for planned response without immediate production stoppage.

Critical Motor

For high-value motors €15K–50K

Includes

  • CN-V1Core Node
  • CN-C1Current Clamp

Dual-point monitoring for high-value motors. One node on the drive-end bearing, one on the non-drive-end bearing. The current clamp is shared across both nodes. Catches faults that develop on either bearing end independently.

Recommended for motors driving critical production lines where unplanned failure stops output.

High-Value Asset

For motors over €50K or motor-gearbox assemblies

Includes

Three-point monitoring for high-value motors and motor-gearbox assemblies. Covers drive-end bearing, non-drive-end bearing, and gearbox output shaft or coupling point. Designed for assets where unplanned failure exceeds €30K in combined repair and downtime cost.

Recommended for assets with no standby unit, long lead times on replacement parts, or where failure affects multiple downstream processes.

Pump or Compressor

For general pumps, compressors and fluid systems

Includes

Standard fluid-equipment configuration. One node on the motor bearing, one on the pump or compressor bearing. Current clamp on the motor power cable. Pressure probe on the process line. Together these cover bearing wear, motor anomalies, and process pressure deviation.

Recommended for water treatment, HVAC, general industrial pumping and air compression systems.

Critical Pump

For high-consequence pumps where cavitation detection is essential

Extended pump configuration with high-frequency acoustic sensing on the pump end. Designed for applications where cavitation can damage impellers rapidly or contaminate product — chemical processing, food and beverage, pharmaceutical fluid handling, and critical cooling loops.

The CN-V2 Core Node Pro is positioned on the pump housing. The CN-V1 Core Node is positioned on the motor bearing.

CNC Spindle

For CNC machining centers and precision spindles

Includes

Single high-frequency acoustic-enabled node for CNC spindle monitoring. Spindle bearing fault frequencies at high RPM require acoustic emission sensing that standard vibration analysis cannot capture at those frequencies. Variable frequency drive systems on CNC machines make current monitoring less informative for spindle-specific faults.

Recommended for machining centers, turning centers, grinding machines, and high-speed spindle units.

CNC with Power Monitoring

For CNC machines where spindle load and tool wear tracking are needed

CNC configuration with current monitoring added for spindle load tracking and tool wear correlation. Recommended for production shops running long unattended machining cycles where tool wear progression affects part quality before causing spindle failure.

Current monitoring on CNC machines tracks motor load variation — useful for tool wear trending even when not useful for direct fault detection.
